Tathkarah Co. For logistics and tourism services requires for Egypt branch located in Mohandseen

" Ticket Reservation Officer " to join with the following Criteria:

Job Description include but are not limited to:

– Handle the Travel services for our clients.

– Book Flights, Hotels, Cruises, Car rentals, Football matches tickets… etc.

– Communicating with customers through various channels.

– Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Employment Type

Full-time

Job requirement:

– +2 Years of Experience in customer service is necessary.

– Excellent command of English both written and spoken.

– Bachelor or license degree holders.

– Tourism and hotels background is preferred.

– Age from 23 : 30 years.

– Able to use Microsoft office.

– Ability to work in rotational shifts.

– Have High command of interpersonal skills.
