Role purpose:
Act as the Business Intelligence function layer for some strategic projects – to assist in the decision-making process as well as detecting/highlighting issues that may have positive or negative impact on the business.
The selected candidate will be working on a product operating Model Squad for developing/enhancing Digital Apps that serve an End-to-End Product delivery processes.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Responsible for strategic partnership business review
• Help with Capex and Opex reporting, modelling & automation
• Develop different Business Insights and Management Information depending on Level of viewer up to Senior Leadership Team (via APEX, Power BI, etc ….)
• Data Visualisation with well-defined knowledge according to the audience.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

• Commercial skill, excellent presentation skills, flexibility to adapt concepts and proposals to customer priority areas.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests
• Advanced analytical and data interpretation Skills
• Statistical and analytical mind and experience is a must
• Proven experience in writing and maintaining support documentation (backup, recovery, operations, etc.).
• Ability to prepare clear and comprehensive technical and end user standards and procedures
• Ability to approach technical/operational challenges from a business perspective.
• Knowledge and understanding of UX/UI to increase adoption rates of target audiences.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

Essential
• Fluent in English, IELTS 7
• Strong working knowledge of SQL Developer and PL/SQL – is a must
• CSS – (cascading style sheets) – good to know
• HTML5 – good to know
• Performance tuning
• Knowledge of Javascript – good to know
• Oracle APEX (Oracle Application Express) – is a must
• Already implemented Oracle Apex full Apps with different data sources
• Professional experience with database architecture and schema design.
• Develop data reporting scripts and operational reports.
• Implement enhancements to optimize databases for management and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain, enhance & develop critical SQL Server databases; Tests and modifies database management system applications and controls.
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of the full range of customer information/data management systems and related processes and protocols.
• Create and write SQL code for Reporting database based on customer and internal report specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standard.
• Objective focused
• Excellence mind-set striving to exceed expectations
• Customer Service/Care experience is an advantage

Desired
• Additional second EU Language is a plus
• Cloud & Security knowledge/experience is a plus
• Vodafone Global Enterprise experience is a plus
• Agile Mindset – SAFe
• Working with JIRA stories
