Description

Planning: 

1. Be part of designing the action plan, checklist, and MEAL induction for any new project

Monitoring:

1. Develop project weekly reports which show achievements vs targets and share it with management directly.
2. Conduct weekly Internal Audit on all the documentation files per each project based on each project checklist.
3. Monitoring the projects’ databases in coordination with a focal point from the project team.

Evaluation:

1. Be part of creating data collection tools for the projects.
2. Plan and conduct field visits to monitor the project implementation and measure the project impact using several data collection tools (qualitative and quantitative).

Accountability:

1. Follow up with the project beneficiaries from all BDC’s projects and programs on a frequent basis to update their information and measure the impact of the interventions on their (employment/self-employment) status.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Industrial Engineering, Economics, Political Science, Government, Public Administration, International Development, Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Information Technology, and Social Sciences.
