Role and Responsibilities
Job Location: QAIA | Duty Free
• Introduce a new brand to consumers implementing an effective communication plan targeted to different audience groups.
• Lead and drive full conversion from the old to new product of maximum target users, in line with company standards and protocol
• Support existing users in their purchasing journey by replying to their various inquiries
Scouting:
• Understand various target consumer profiles
• Identify for whom the product could be relevant
• Appropriate right message based
Building Rapport:
• Establish and Maintain Interpersonal Relationships to communicate the new product to potential consumers
• Influence target consumer through understanding needs and personal benefits of the product for each target consumer group
• Activate leads introduced through various sources to drive conversion to new product
Selling & Conversion:
• Explain Product key features including but not limited to:
• Appropriate usage (product demo/guided trial)
• Provide the appropriate content and messaging based on consumer profile
• Explain warranty
• Explain follow up procedures, customer care channels and understand consumer preference
Guided Trial:
• Explain the key message on behalf of the company while building relevance to the brand and consumer
• Take consumer through guided trial of the product/product demo
• Understand & explain hyper care journey to consumer and address consumer concerns through the conversion journey
• Collect consumer feedback on the experience and product
• Collect consumer personal information and their consent to be communicated via their preferred channel
Feedback & Report:
• Proactively share experience and feedback with other team members
• Provide feedback that can help improve our capabilities
• Collect statistics of trial activities & keep the database constantly updated
• Add consumers to all appropriate company correspondence/ relevant communication upon confirmation of the consumers consent
Stocks handling:
• Manage stocks handling and storage at product required temperature
• Ensure that you manage your stock allocation levels to ensure you have sufficient product at all times to meet the needs of consumer base
Background / Experience
• Hotel management / Customer Service / Customer Care Frontline Staff
• PR / Marketing / Business Administration / Publicity (Flexible with other backgrounds if the person reflects leadership skills)
• Good balance between people oriented & results driven, cost-conscious, active listener
