شاغر إداري لدى شركة جورامكو في الأردن

Responsibilities:

Answer and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary

Welcome and direct visitors and clients

Maintain filing systems as assigned

Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed

Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions

Coordinate and schedule business trips, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors

Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings

Record and distributes minutes or other records for meetings

Maintain office supplies and coordinate office equipment maintenance

Handle and coordinate active calendars

Provide administrative support by printing and compiling required documents

Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed

Provide logistical support for the management, office, and departmental activities

Assist with the onboarding process of new employees

Prepare periodic & non – periodic reports as required

Perform any other duties and responsibilities within the scope of his job

Adhere to company and department's policies. The approved system, policies, and procedures in performing his duties

Participate effectively in environmental protection programs (energy and water saving, water segregation, etc.) and notify of any environmental-related nonconformities

 Requirements:

BA degree or diploma in business administration or any related field

Accredited certificates or courses in administration are a plus

Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing

Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office applications

ERP system knowledge is a plus

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent attention to details & problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational & time management skills

Ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks

Ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines
