Content Operation Coordinator
Responsibilities :
- Content Production Coordination:
- Assist in tracking and coordinating content production activities across regional offices to ensure alignment with company editorial standards.
- Support in monitoring production timelines, and quality assurance to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content.
- Tracking content distribution and assuring their execution as planned
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between regional offices and content platforms.
- Assist in aligning content creation with platform needs, editorial standards, and audience preferences by working closely with production teams and content strategists.
- Budget Management:
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to help manage and track budgets for content production across regional offices, ensuring cost-effectiveness, documentation and efficient resource allocation.
- Content Distribution Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of content distribution strategies, including managing content from various sources and optimising distribution across digital platforms, websites, TV channels, and social media.
- Performance Analysis:
- Support in monitoring and analysing content performance metrics, audience engagement, and platform analytics to drive improvements in content production and distribution strategies.
- Regular Coordination Meetings:
- Assist in organising and leading regular coordination meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment among teams and platforms.
- Content Integration:
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate RMG content among all live shows and platforms to maintain a consistent and cohesive content strategy.
Qualifications:
- + 2 years with basic education, community college or university degree
- Proven experience in content operations, content acquisition, or a related field within the TV and digital media industry.
- Prior experience in a coordination role(necessary)
- Strong organisational and project management and tracking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Familiarity with content creation processes, production workflows, and editorial standards.
- Basic knowledge of content distribution across various digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced media environment.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to long-term content strategies.
- Team player with the potential to assist and motivate teams as needed.
- Strong office skills (sheets, documents, excel, word)
