Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized & disciplined Archiving Officer to to ensure that the Credit Files are maintained with the current information and to ensure that the files and the information in them are at all times secure. Provide administrative support and assistance with other records-related tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital records in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Records Retrieval: Efficiently locate and provide requested records and documents to staff as needed.

Archiving: Implement and oversee archiving procedures, ensuring that records are stored safely and are retrievable.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to document retention and data protection.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s / diploma degree or equivalent in Administration, Records Management, or any related field.

0-2 years of experience in records management, archiving, or a similar role is preferred.

Good mathematical and excel skills.
-
Familiar with ERP will be advantage.
-
Organized, results oriented, willing to learn and self-motivated.
Work conditions:

Office environment within the hospital.

May require occasional lifting of boxes or materials.
