Immediately Required in Amman – Jordan
1- Finance & Accounting Courses Trainer
-Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field .
-Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are preferred.
-Strong knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial statement analysis, budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting
-Develop and deliver training programs focused on finance and accounting principles, practices, and concepts.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
2- Supply Chain Courses Trainer
-Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in delivering supply chain management training programs or conducting educational sessions.
-Proficiency in using training tools and technology, such as learning management systems (LMS) and virtual collaboration platforms.
-Develop and deliver training programs focused on supply chain management principles, practices, and concepts.
-Cover key areas such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
-Experience in supply chain management roles or related fields is highly desirable.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
3- PMI Courses Trainer
-Master's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
-Develop and deliver training programs focused on project management methodologies and best practices as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
-PMI certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), is required.
-Proven experience in delivering project management training programs or conducting educational sessions aligned with PMI standards.
-Cover key areas such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and project closure.
-Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, case studies, exercises, and assessments aligned with PMI standards.
-Provide clear explanations and practical examples to enhance participants' comprehension of project management concepts.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
4- Pharma Regulatory Courses Trainer
-Master's degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences.
-Develop and deliver training programs on pharmaceutical regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
-Prepare training materials, including presentations, handouts, and case studies, to facilitate effective learning.
-Professional certifications in regulatory affairs or relevant training and development certifications are a plus.
-Conduct training sessions in both classroom and online settings, ensuring engagement and interaction with participants.
-Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
5- Medical Devices Courses Regulatory Trainer
-Master's degree in a relevant field such as biomedical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences.
-Develop and deliver training programs on medical device regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
-Professional certifications in regulatory affairs or training and development (e.g., RAC, CPLP) are a plus.
-Prepare training materials, including presentations, handouts, and case studies, to facilitate effective learning.
-Provide clear explanations and practical examples to enhance participants' understanding of medical device regulations and their application.
-In-depth knowledge of medical device regulations, including Saudi FDA, FDA (or equivalent) regulations, international standards (ISO 13485, MDR, etc.), and regulatory processes.
-Assess participants' learning progress through evaluations, quizzes, and assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
