The Community Empowerment Program Manager will be responsible to develop compelling and impactful community empowerment strategies that drive success and community’s advancement. Under the supervision of the Programs Director, the incumbent will be responsible for overall planning, coordination, and timely implementation of activities under the Community Empowerment Program, overseeing all project output operations, and the implementation of various projects and plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field.
15 years of experience.
proven experience of managing and overseeing WFD-employment, MB, and Youth.
Project Management PMP is required.
Deep understanding of the sustainable development goals (SDGs), national economic reform agenda, and national priorities.
Knowledge and experience in the active economic sectors across all governorates, and opportunities in each sector including Production, Services, Trade, Digital economy, Agriculture, Water, and Climate Change issues.
Knowledge and Experience of donor’s regulations such as EU, WB, UN, US, IFAD, GIZ, AFD, FCDO
Manages projects related to technology and that require technical expertise is an advance.
