The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
The successful candidate will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System or any IT field.
0-3 Proven Experience at the same field
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook and Salesforce software
Professional English Language.
Familiarity with office software and phone system.
