The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Proficient understanding of Shopify, Microsoft Office/GSuite, Etsy, Notion
Project Management highly preferred- setting the project scope and timelines as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.
3PL management or similar experience with warehousing operations.
Adobe suite/general graphic design experience will be required to complete product mockups of new designs.
ERP experience appreciated, but not required.
Strong ability to monitor feedback and trends and clearly communicate those items to the appropriate teams.
Strong ability to problem solve.
Working Eastern time preferred - at least until training is complete.
Kustomer experience would be a plus - but any similar Ticketing platform is acceptable (Zendesk, Gorgias)
Can manage projects and very comfortable running reports in Gsheets and/or Excel
Overall strong English Reading, Writing and Speaking Skills
Ability to use our Internal Knowledge Base documents to expand on initial training.
Understanding the importance of logging Quality Control issues and knowing when to escalate.
Can create SOPs for documenting systems and processes
