We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Mentor to join our team. As a Remote Mentor, you will work with our mentees to help them
achieve their goals. You will provide guidance and support in various
areas such as finding a job or changing a career, and more. You can
create free or paid mentoring sessions
Build a positive relationship with mentees
Provide support and guidance to help mentees achieve their goals
Set and review SMART goals with mentees
Assist with the development of career plans and strategies
Help students develop skills for academic success
Provide resources and referrals as needed
Communicate effectively with mentees via email, or video conferencing
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of mentorship activities and progress
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
The work could be done during weekends based on your availability
