The post holder will undertake the appropriate level of training and is responsible for ensuring that they understand and work within the safeguarding policies of the organization.

Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in curriculum design and delivery, with a focus on entrepreneurship and job access skills.
Prior experience in NGO sector in general and economic & livelihood projects specifically is highly desirable.
