Responsibilities:
- Ability to multi-task.
- Time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ensure meeting customers’ needs and expectations
- Helping customers solve problems, showing them how to use products, and answering questions
- Proactively increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, through insuring interactions meet customer needs and managing the customer life cycle
Requirements:
- Fluency in English language (B2 or higher, reading, writing, and speaking).
- Positive attitude and detail oriented with good tracking skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- University or college graduate
- Jordanian citizen
- Flexible to work during weekends and official holidays.
- Flexible to work shifts as needed.
