Job Description and Requirements
Principle Responsibilities:
- Identify and define business, functional, and interface requirements.
- Gather information and translate it into requirements and Construct workflow charts and diagrams.
- Process complex service requests from analyzing and defining customer requirements through the intake, approvals, service delivery, implementation, and fulfillment.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred
- 2 to 5 years experience in information technology, business analysis, Project coordination, or related field.
- Must have hands-on in requirement gathering, design, and documentation.
- Must have hands-on writing Draft SRS, Technical Design documents, etc.
Business Analysis Certification (Prefer)
- Project Management Professional (PMP). (added value)
