Overview of the role:
The purpose of this job role/function is to act as a lead consultant in handling and making decisions on all the processes in relation to the FICO Module in SAP. This would involve in handling of any new process as well as providing the guidance and support on any of the existing processes, by providing proper solutions and handling business scenarios, which requires the overall SAP knowledge.
Also ensures that all the business requirements are met by providing the best possible/recommended solution or through a work around.
What you will do:
• To manage, overlook and make decisions on the new business requirements coming out from the business.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
• Ensure project completion within the allotted timelines and budget.
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements, Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Responsible to complete the projects directed by the management within a defined scope budget and time.
• Configure Global settings and Enterprise structure settings.
• Work self-directed and independently.
• Mentor and coach junior developer resources.
• To stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the SAP environment and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work.

Required skills to be successful:
• ERP implementation/Support Project experience in SAP.
• Understanding of accounting business processes
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
• Ability to provide Customized Solutions for Business Requirements as per the SAP Best Practices
What Equips You For The Role:
• A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent qualification.
• SAP certification would be of great advantage.
• A Professional Qualification in Accountancy would be a definite advantage.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation or in support projects.
• Minimum of 5+ years designing and configuring FICO module and knowledge of the key FI integration points between the other SAP modules.
