  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
  • Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, and disability, and reporting on this.
  • Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee salary, social employer's social security, unemployment, and workers' compensation payments.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Developing financial and operational reporting as needed.

الوصف الوظيفي

المهارات

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Full understanding of and experience with Payroll related compliance.
  • Must have worked with some kind of Human Resources Menaitech.
  • Thorough knowledge of local labor law.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English – verbal and written.
  • Must be reliable, dedicated, and flexible to work extra hours as required.
