Main Responsibilities & Duties :

  • Identify and research Potential Clients.
  • Develop and maintain Client Relationships.
  • Coordinate with the teams to develop mutually beneficial Proposals.
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to the Sales pipeline.
  • Recognize Customer Needs to accurately offer them our Value proposition.
  • Carry Market Research and Competitor Analysis to discover customer's needs and best Market Entry Strategies.
  • Meet with the Organization Leaders to provide Market Feedback and outline Development Goals.
  • Partner with other team members of the Business Development team in the creation and operational and strategic Marketing approach.
  • Be involved in the Customer's entire Sales Cycle.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Equivalent field.
  • 2+ Years of work experience in Sales/BD.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience with Market Research and Competitors Analysis.
  • Understanding of Sales Performance Metrics.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Confidence negotiating with Corporate Organizations.
