Performance Marketing Executive

We are building the best end-to-end marketing presence for our clients. And this is why we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop and oversee the execution of digital strategies.
And yes, you will be joining a dynamic team, one in which your talents and knowledge will be embedded, appreciated, and transcended. We have created a portfolio of global names in the luxury and leisure field like Hyatt, Sotheby’s, Four Seasons, Aero, and more! We are not stopping there, and neither should you.

An individual who is passionate about digital marketing

An analytical and confident interpreter who responds to trends and is comfortable managing budgets and launching campaigns across platforms.

A results-driven individual with an analytical mind who is eager to test ideas and learn new skills.

A great communicator that enjoys working partly remotely in a vibrant environment with high-performing talent in multinational/multicultural environments from around the world

A quick learner with a “Can-do” attitude, always solution oriented.

Curiosity about the latest digital trends and ways to apply them to our clients

Has an affinity for luxury and travel brands and like to work in an international environment with clients in Europe, North America, and the Middle East
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and manage our client’s digital marketing strategies

To set up and manage campaigns across digital marketing platforms including Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, and emerging platforms

Define target audience personas, and identify their respective pain points and their online behavior in order to create best-in-class digital campaigns

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against client objectives and KPIs

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the findings

Collaborate with the Account Management team along with the creatives to provide best practices based on solid references and numbers

Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Requirements

Minimum 1 years’ experience in digital planning & buying within media agencies

Good knowledge of digital media channels and tools

Understanding of the relationship between channels

Up-to-date knowledge of changes to the digital media industry
