Indoor Salesperson

Responsibilities

  • Present and demonstrate products effectively to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by helping the customer to select the product that they are interested in.
  • Greet and interacts with customers.
  • Answer customers' questions and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with purchasing makeup, skincare, perfumes, or clothes.
  • Help customers in understanding the proper use of various beauty, makeup, and skin care products
  • Collect payment after the purchase is done from the customers.
  • Process returns and exchanges.
  • Keep the store environment organized, clean, and visually appealing by arranging displays and restocking shelves as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2 – 3 years of previous experience in selling beauty, skincare, and (makeup) products.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including active listening.
  • The ability to maintain a positive attitude with customers.
  • Adaptability to changing tasks and priorities within the store.

Overview

  • This opportunity is available for various stores in both Amman and Zarqa.
  • The role requires availability for both morning and evening shifts.
  • Flexibility regarding work locations is important, as the assigned store location may change on a monthly, or yearly basis.
  • Well dressed, and professional appearance is required.
