Customer Value Analyst

Job Brief:

As a Customer Value Analyst within our Customer Base Management team, you will play a vital role in leveraging your analytical skills and passion for data to transform complex datasets into valuable insights and strategic guidance. Through your expertise, you will contribute to illuminating our understanding of our customer base, aiding our customer value extraction units, and driving growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the marketing unit to understand business challenges, goals and data landscape
  • Identify opportunities and implementing data solutions to drive the analytical capabilities of the Customer Base Management unit
  • Collect, import and clean data from various sources
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data and help with the maintenance and improvement of data quality
  • Identify, address and resolve data quality issues with the necessary stakeholders
  • Use data to solve complex business problems and provide strategic insights to drive decision-making
  • Leverage complex data sets to conduct behavioral, demographic, geographic and psychographic analyses to identify trends and patterns for the enhancement of the performance of the Customer Base Management unit
  • Develop detailed automated dashboards and reports to regularly monitor key metrics
  • Create and present detailed reports and visualizations to facilitate complex data usability and understanding
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools and technologies to improve data capabilities.
