الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Great understanding in Dubai Courts system including Experts Procedure, etc.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting emails or documents.
- Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance
- Supervise and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities, and tasks among office staff
- Perform review and analysis of work and documents and reporting to the management on timely manner.
- Ensure quality of office staff performance by providing them adequate training and guidance
- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity

Job requirements:
- Arabic and English Language (Oral and Written)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation (administration experience related to Legal and HR).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Detailed oriented and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
