Responsibilities:

  • Great understanding in Dubai Courts system including Experts Procedure, etc.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting emails or documents.
  • Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance
  • Supervise and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities, and tasks among office staff
  • Perform review and analysis of work and documents and reporting to the management on timely manner.
  • Ensure quality of office staff performance by providing them adequate training and guidance
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity

المهارات

Job requirements:

  • Arabic and English Language (Oral and Written)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation (administration experience related to Legal and HR).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Detailed oriented and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
