Salary: AED 12000 per month

As Customer Service Manager in Dubai you will be responsible for:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Making sure to reply to every guest's message in good time.
  • Screen and review new/potential guests.
  • Use internal resources and guidelines to resolve guest issues and create and communicate effective solutions to guests.
  • Handle early/late check-in/check-out and extension applications and user complaints.
  • Maintain close communication with the customer until the work order is completed and the customer is satisfied.
  • Familiar with all company product/process and service tools, collect user feedback to provide a basis for product decision-making.

Salary: AED 12000 per month

who you are

  • You have 1-3 years experience in customer service, preferably in the hotel industry. Therefore you possess strong internal and external relationship-building and communication skills.

  • You have work experience in various OTAS (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.) or in short-term rental companies (preferred).
  • You are able to arrange work at different times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

skills & competencies:

  • Bilingual in Arabic and English;
  • Able to communicate proficiently in written and oral English;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Eager to solve problems to ensure a positive experience for all guests and customers.
