Sales Manager

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, with 5-10 Yrs of experience,
  • Understanding the company's products
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
  • Manage marketing and advertisements plans
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of Sales Efforts
  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
  • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures for the sales department. 9. Provide technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Secure and renew orders to match the yearly sales target
  • Register all products on SABER and according to KSA customs and SASO regulations
  • Coordinate with transportation and clearance agencies to clear the material from ports and deliver it to customers or to FLUCON warehouse
  • Ability to follow up with customers after delivery, check customer satisfaction, submit required certificates, products performance, and report problems if any
  • To follow up with customers for invoice collection.
  • To submit sales report for GM.
