Job Description:

As a Manager at Our Client , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's oil and gas pump services division. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that the company's goals and objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the oil and gas pump services division.
Manage and monitor the performance of the division's staff, including conducting performance reviews, training and development programs, and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure that the division's financial objectives are met by monitoring and controlling budgets, expenses, and revenues.
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to grow the division's customer base and increase revenue.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the division's reach and influence in the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders in the oil and gas industry.
Ensure that the division complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to the oil and gas industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering, with a focus on oil and gas pump systems.
Proven experience as a Manager in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the oil and gas industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions related to oil and gas pump services.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to the oil and gas industry, specifically pertaining to pump services.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
