Procurement Officer – CITY MALL
Are you a strong #procurement sourcing professional with a background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field? #Requirements of the role:
▪️ Must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
▪️ 1-2 years as procurement officer or related work #experience.
#Responsibilities:
Interact and collaborate with internal stakeholders from Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, and other functional business areas.

Control and implement all activities related to the purchasing department .

Preparing and following up the purchase documents and ensuring the completion of all required purchases according to the required quantities and specifications at the best prices and speed of delivery.

Coordination with the concerned departments and the financial department .

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.

Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.

Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
