Job Summary / Job Purpose:

The Business Analyst is responsible for assessing & comping up with solutions to company operations. Main purpose includes analyzing operations, sales and financial sales reports, market research and operating procedures, strategizing ideas to improve business operations and meeting with company executives and other stakeholders to provide suggestions based on the analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.

· Assist Sales Operations and Sales Management Team in support of sales planning & analysis, including sales budget and forecasting, demand forecasting based on trends, etc.

· Provide input and suggestions in the purchasing function based on demand planning analysis in close collaboration with the procurement department.

· Gather, review and analyze business and industry data analysis including KPIs, financial reports, market research, competitive analysis, planning, sales process optimization and other key metrics using data analytics tools.

· Perform numerical analysis and extract key insights that underpin recommendations and solutions.

· Collect, consolidate and generate daily, weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus) and roll up each week's numbers to the Management.

· Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance by constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications etc. to highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required & present findings to highlight the financial & the operational impact.

· Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.

· Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, logistics and facilities.

· Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.

· Suggest changes to Management using analytics to support your recommendations & actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.

· Develop & maintain reporting tools including dashboards.

المهارات

Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills Required:

Bachelor’s / Maser Degree in Business Management / Finance / Economics / Statistics / Computer Science or related Degree. Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst working closely with the Management. Familiarity with industry or information technology systems, analytical tools, dashboard, to analyze data and derive conclusions.
