Trainee Lawyer
1. Research legal issues and cases, including relevant statutes, regulations, and case law. Assisting senior lawyers with drafting legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
2. Participating in client meetings and interviews to gather information and assist with case strategy.
3. Attending court hearings, depositions, and trials to observe and learn from experienced lawyers.
4. Conduct legal and factual research to support legal arguments and strategies.
5. Reviewing and analyzing documents, including contracts, discovery materials, and evidence.
6. Assisting with case management tasks, such as organizing and maintaining case files, calendars, and deadlines.
7. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
8. Participating in firm-wide training and development programs.
9. Completing assigned tasks and projects within established deadlines.
10. Observing and learning from experienced lawyers on how to handle ethical issues and comply with legal and professional standards.
11. Assisting with business development efforts, such as attending networking events and contributing to marketing initiatives.
12. Collaborating with other lawyers and legal professionals to provide effective representation to clients.
13. Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
14. Our Trainees don’t ask about working hours!! They attend the earlier and leave when they found no one to assist.
15. Our Trainees follow the Dress Code of dark Suits white shirts and ties for men and dark formal suits for ladies. We don't wear odd.
16. Our trainees respect the legal process, they don't take any action for granted,
17. Our trainees respect Judges without spoiling or overacting, along they respect the court employees as if they are colleagues.
18. Our trainees are up-to-date and they follow the new awards and regulations and discuss them within the firm on daily basis.

- The interviewer will make sure the candidate went through the above-listed terms.
