Responsibilities
Monitors the performance of efficiency, quality, attendance, safety, and cost inside the production centre and warehouse to ensure timely achievement of sales.Monitors the production capacity in all the manufacturing stages of the production centre, to ensure that the planned daily capacities are achieved and the target delivery dates are metDevelops the customer’s samples and meets the sampling deadlines, to ensure that the final samples are approved prior to bulk productionFollows up on all customer’s portal activities (PDOC/ECIS/CONNECT/DWP/SSTS/SSCM/SSI) to ensure compliance with customer requirements.Manages the activities and tasks of both the technical audit and the compliance audit to ensure the required score is achievedDelivers the weeSelf-Management:
Strives to achieve thkly planned production quantities to ensure the timely achievement of salesIdentifies opportunities for continuous improvement in the processes and practices to ensure alignment with the required operational improvement
e highest levels of proficiency on all competencies and skills required to perform the roleSets performance goals in the beginning of the year after discussion with the Reporting Manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the Reporting Manager to ensure that the required training is arranged and attendedEnsures detailed and accurate documentation and reporting relating to the requirements of the function. Manages, prioritises and organises self, relating to additional tasks requested by Shared Services Management to support the Foundation achieve its business plan. Manages, prioritizes and organizes self, relating to additional tasks requested by Function Management to support the Foundation achieve its business plan.Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by management from time to timeUphold the code of conduct and PSEA-related policies to ensure the adherence to HR PoliciesActively participate in SEA-related trainings and awareness-raising efforts, including support for dissemination of PSEA materials to ensure the adherence to HR PoliciesReport allegations of SEA through the designated reporting channels to ensure the adherence to HR PoliciesParticipate in investigations of SEA allegations as appropriate to ensure the adherence to HR PoliciesIdentify and mitigate/avoid SEA-related programmer risks (particularly for personnel involved in programming) to ensure the adherence to HR Policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)5-7 Years of experience
