Loyalty Program Manager

LOYALTY PROGRAM MANAGER

The Loyalty Program Manager will develop and implement the loyalty strategy to improve acquisition and retention of Kayali Group’s customers, which includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Conduct in depth data analysis translated into regular reports and strategic recommendations
  • Customer relationship management: set up a comprehensive communication plan with all categories of customers all year round
  • System development: develop digital solutions to enhance data collection & analysis, automation & integration with external data from the group, together with finding new solutions to constantly improve customer experience, engagement & ultimately increase the program’s usage
  • Program development: create reward schemes and set up a calendar of promotions throughout the year and across all group’s businesses and establish partnerships with 3rd parties
  • Budget & media plan: set up and execute a strong PR & media plan to increase the program’s awareness & usage
  • Coordinate internally with all departments to ensure the loyalty program’s best performance

The candidate should be a strong marketer with the following qualities:

  • At least 4 to 6 years working experience with CRM or loyalty programs
  • Experience with Firebase & Google Analytics
  • Growth hacker
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Familiar with App & digital solutions in general
  • Familiar with Power BI
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Self driven, organised and efficient
  • Very good English & Arabic (spoken and written)
