MP P&C is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with expertise in pre-contract management to join a turnkey contractor in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pre-contract stage of luxury villa projects with a particular focus on fit-out and MEP packages

Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pre-contract stage of luxury villa projects with a particular focus on fit-out and MEP packages. This role requires hands-on experience in cost planning, contract administration, and risk management to ensure projects are completed within budget and meet financial compliance requirements.The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the pre-contract stage of luxury villa projects in-house, with a focus on Fit-out and MEP packages, including the preparation of bills of quantities, cost plans, and procurement schedules for these packagesProvide expert advice and guidance on project cost management, contract administration, and risk assessment to ensure project delivery is within budget and meets financial compliance requirements, with particular emphasis on Fit-out and MEP packagesDevelop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure that the project budget is aligned with the project requirements, with an emphasis on Fit-out and MEP packagesMonitor and report on project costs and variations, including the management of project change control procedures for Fit-out and MEP packagesDevelop and maintain a high level of knowledge of the construction industry, including cost trends and best practices for Fit-out and MEP packages
Profile
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience in Fit-out and MEP packages in the luxury villa project industryStrong knowledge of pre-contract management and cost planning, including experience with Bills of Quantities and procurement schedules for Fit-out and MEP packagesExperience in managing in-house Fit-out and MEP packages with a strong understanding of relevant technical aspectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project life-cycle, with particular emphasis on Fit-out and MEP packages
Job Offer
This role will provide full life cycle project experience across multiple design & build projects in the UAE exposing to successful candidate to all construction packages such as Civil, MEP, Fit out, Joinery.

All the projects are based in the UAE so there will be no international travel required
