understand the purchasing process and purchasing team and make improvements in the process to include a testing and feedback loop for samples purchasing and re-occurring purchasing. Develop Feedback forms for the major re-occurring purchases such as uniform and shoes

Start using ERPnext by understanding the current workflow and enhance the purchasing module by modifying it if required
- Duration : 10 days
Make a Policy and Procedure to define the method to add groups and sub-groups for items in ERPNext, example what is a group and sub group. Define as well how attributes will be added and how to create the attributes.
- Duration : 10 days
Review the Uniform design and understand each item, make a list of items for the uniform with the specifications needed.
- Duration : 30 days
Contact companies for Uniform, purchase samples that meet our requirements and follow up feedback form to decide on which manufacturer meets our requirements.
- Duration : 30 days

Conduct market study and research for the local market and overseas (if required) to source suppliers and vendors with best price for the current monthly consumables and cleaning equipment and establish a proper relationship with them .
