Carry out start-up, shutdown, routine, scheduled and emergency operations of the assigned plant/equipment as per the standard operating procedures and instructions for Titan Gas Turbine, D29HRSG and Aux. water tube Boilers.
Monitor and check the assigned plant/equipment to identify abnormalities and report any defects/faults immediately in order to initiate necessary corrective action.
Carryout proper isolations of defective/faulty equipment, place/remove safety tags on the isolated points for safety of maintenance personnel and normalize the equipment after return of line clearances, as per instructions.
Participate in Tool Box Talk, Risk Assessment, Safety Training in order to maintain plant and personnel safety and to fulfill the OH&S requirement.
Maintain and record the assigned plant/equipment operating parameters in the log sheets and record daily operational activities in the log book. Carryout Scheduled and emergency equipment change overs in coordination with the superiors.
Keep operating equipment, facilities and tools in clean and sound condition in order to maintain plant and personnel safety. Strictly follow the safety rules and procedures in all operation activities.
Monitor plant chemical dosing/consumption and prepare Steam generators chemical solutions as required.
Assist Senior Operator in normal/emergency operations and logging of operational parameters/ activities. Encourage and thoroughly train in parallel the assigned National operators as required.
