Key Accountabilities
Banking Products
• Work with the team to provide the bank with captivating customer offers in order to win in the market place.
• Assist in implementing, communicating and monitoring CB Retail Banking products
• Assist in planning and driving customer acquisition by developing propositions that appeal to targeted customers and are market leading.
• Work with internal stakeholders to achieve acquisition strategies across all segments and nationalities in order to generate customer acquisition growth and revenue for the bank.
• Deputise and manage small sections of portfolio activity when required such as liability rate requests, new account SOPs, etc
Reporting and Operational Needs Assessment
• Provide periodic and / or ad hoc reports, market/competitors analysis to Product Manager.
MIS and Reports
• Assist in preparing departmental MIS statements and reports timely and accurately to meet CBQ and department requirements, policies and standards
