W 4 L is looking for a personable and well-presented person to coordinate and plan events

which are held within the UAE and supporting other projects within the team where

applicable. The successful applicant should have passion for weddings and events, a keen

eye for detail and be eager to learn and progress in this industry. Commitment and

enthusiasm are essential, and experience in the weddings and events industry is

necessary.

Highly professional and committed to the events & wedding industry.

Previous experience of running events; private events such as weddings.

Previous experience in event sales and putting detailed proposals together.

Good understanding of different wedding cultures & themes.

Good understanding of catering requirements.

Availability to work late nights and weekends when needed.

Excellent telephone and message taking etiquette.

Focused on delivering a high level of customer/ client service.

Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients & event suppliers.

Able to work under pressure and multitask particularly during the peak seasons.

Work in corporation with marketing team to ensure consistency.

Strong knowledge of latest social media trends.
