Primary Responsibilities:

1. Generating and following up with new leads.
2. Promoting the company's name and introducing new products/services to the market.
3. Researching and developing sales opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's sales goals.
4. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
5. Implementing new sales plans.
6. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing other junior sales members to meet sales human resource objectives.
7. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new sales opportunities.
8. Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

المهارات

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in sales.
• Experience in management may be advantageous.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Salary or/and commissions will be bounded with a target.

Preferred Qualifications

• Work Experience in Sales positions.
• Experience or basic knowledge in the software field.
• ICDL Certificate.
• English Certificate (like IELTS or TOEFL).
