الوصف الوظيفي
- Prepares payroll operation on a monthly and semi-monthly basis, including entering or verifying changes in the system, calculation of exception payments, and timely and accurate preparation of payroll data through batch processing and manual entry.
- Ensures payroll documents and transactions match the totals in the payroll system.
- Reconciles payroll prior to transmission and validates confirmed reports.
- Ensures backup documentation and record retention in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
- Processes wage orders in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Understands proper taxation of employer-paid benefits, including calculation of imputed income when applicable.
- Presents and produces periodic payroll reports, various HR reports, and custom management reports.
- Records performance/compensation data for HR analysis.
- Performs data analysis and integrates financial information to produce quarterly headcount budget information for senior management.
- Assists employees with payroll-related inquiries.
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 2:4 years of experience in payroll.
- Excellent in using MS Office applications (High level in Excel is a MUST).
- Good verbal and written English language skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
