- Experienced candidate in Luxury villa construction.
- Formulate a well-defined project plan to streamline all the resources and activities for achieving high productivity.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others).
- Study and determine various fundamental aspects of a construction project like materials, cost estimate, and potential risks to overcome.
- Ensure timely sourcing of required raw materials and tools by contacting respective vendors.
- Abide by the legal safety and health regulations to take appropriate action for building a robust and reliable construction project.
- Offer crucial support to the company's bidding, pricing, and planning tasks for improving profit margins and sales.

المهارات
- Previous working exposure to civil engineering projects, including on-site management activities.
- Proficient in using 2D and 3D civil engineering software like AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Eager to work in a variety of setups that include on-site and in-office activities.
- Portraying professional-level report drafting and writing skills to cover all necessary details of an ongoing project.
- Ability to supervise workers and guide them to complete daily tasks for optimum time and resource management.
- Graduate degree holder in Civil Engineering with hands-on experience using relevant tools.
- KSE registration
- Driving license
- Good communication skills (English)
