Position Title: General Manager – Automotive
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 80K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of an automotive dealership’s daily operations, including staffing, procedures, operational budget, and sales monitoring.
- Hire, train, and motivate all dealership department managers.
- Plan dealership operations for the coming year and submit to the dealer for approval.
- Meet with managers individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performance.
- Communicate management policies and procedures to all employees and ensure that they are understood and followed

Qualifications:
- Open to Arab nationals
- Male, 55 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any Engineering related
- At least 10 years of experience in UAE in the same role
- Strong knowledge in automotive industry and trends is required
- Must have a valid UAE driver’s license and acceptable driving record to operate dealership-owned vehicles
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
