الوصف الوظيفي
· Responsible for coordination with the subcontractors and leading the preparation of subcontracts while negotiating the techno commercial terms.
· Responsible for the timely preparation of legal and contractual documents such as Letters and subcontracts.
· Preparation of and negotiating cost impacts and schedule changes with Suppliers for contract Change Orders / modifications / claims assessment.
· To manage assigned purchase orders & subcontracts maintaining a continual review of progress and highlighting the management for the projected financial or technical difficulties.
· To Prepare and issue requests for quotations to the qualified vendors or suppliers.
· Handling the internal vendor pre-qualification process.
· Communicates with Buyers, Expeditors, Project Procurement Managers, Subcontract Administrators and other project personnel concerning system and reporting tool improvements and maintenance.
· Act as an escalation point for contractor interface for project execution issues when relevant
· To keep contractual and delivery dates updated for the issued Purchase orders/agreements.
· To interact with the prospective suppliers to determine scope, negotiations, terms to ensure the target prices, and company’s terms conditions.
· To Review the received technical and commercial offers, prepare comparative analysis and coordinate with technical departments that all clarifications are cleared.
· Provide updates about procurement related progress and potential delays on a weekly basis.
· Ensure the administration of contracts in the project is carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
المهارات
· Minimum 10 years' experience in large scale infrastructure water and wastewater projects in KSA.
· Being familiar with NWC procedures and requirements.
· Having demonstrable experience in large-scale civil and mechanical work packages.
· Must have advanced technical training and/or a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
· Excellent English and Arabic language skills, excellent IT skills and possess excellent Communication Skills.
· GCC experience is a must with high preference to candidates with previous experience with NWC and SWCC projects.
Ready to relocate to Eastern region
