About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated HRBP to support the HR team in reinforcing a culture of performance focus and diversity in line with established corporate objectives, policies and procedures

Job Summary

The Junior HRBP is responsible to work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives. We are looking for a proactive HR professional to assist the business in solving complex business issues.

Job Duties

  • Identify and implement suggested improvements to HR processes through process mapping and review of the activity
  • Act as a representative of the HR function, providing day to day support to employees and management
  • Identify organisational structure changes and to implement these in SAP in partnership with HRIS
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of current vacancies and supports the line manager in filling these, ensuring that departmental headcounts are not exceeded

  • Support Group HR with coordination and completion of employee engagement impact plans
  • Act as an ambassador for the Employee Engagement Survey, supporting Group HR as required
  • Coordinate and organise the HR Townhall meetings
  • Work with stakeholders to create regular editions of the HR Talk magazine
  • Maintain and update the HR JAM Community site
  • Understands the role of Group L&D and how they support the business

About the Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in HR, min 2 years in a similar role
  • Business Acumen
  • Previous experience in HR transformation programs and change management
  • Solid Stakeholders management
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Strong team player, with ability to take initiative and operate independently. Able to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in working in international and complex organizations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality and meeting deadlines are your trademark
