Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital in Kuwait. Their 110 bed facility offers both inpatient and outpatient services that cover a wide range of medical and surgical specialties. Their 1,000 healthcare professionals work together to provide essential health care services in inpatient, outpatient and a specialized department for Essential Wellness within the concept of Integrative Medicine.

Within the finance team, this role takes part in reporting, analyzing, and leading to the improvement of internal cost controls and efficiency of the organization. Other main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement cost standards;
- Analyzing costs and recommending changes;
- Analyzing operations, equipment availability and utilization;· Performing cost-benefit analysis;
- Monitoring and reporting cost variance;
- Collecting and analyzing data about company’s operational costs;· Carrying out cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis;
- Performing account reconciliations;
- Advising executives and upper management on appropriate costing based on financial data;
- Any other work assigned by H.O.D.

who you are
You are a finance professional with a natural interest in internal control of cost and finance efficiency of an organization.
Skills & Competencies:
- Solid organizational, communication, problem-solving and research abilities;
- Strong accounting knowledge;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Technical proficiency, experience with ERP systems.
Education & Qualifications:
- Certified Cost Accountant (CCA) degree;
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ relevant experience;
- Preferable experience within healthcare industry (hospital setting);
- Currently available inside Kuwait;
