  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
  • Distribute updated versions of revised technical documents to all recipients including Main Contractor and internal project team members
  • Ensure that all superseded documents are marked distinctly or are destroyed
  • Maintain a list of currently controlled documents
  • Control and maintain all master files and records related to approvals, material orders, and technical correspondence
  • Update file numbers in project filing system as revisions occur

Graduate with relevant experience

Minimum Experience

3-7 years of projects in Construction industry
