Clerk Secretary|AFET, KSA, UAE
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
- Distribute updated versions of revised technical documents to all recipients including Main Contractor and internal project team members
- Ensure that all superseded documents are marked distinctly or are destroyed
- Maintain a list of currently controlled documents
- Control and maintain all master files and records related to approvals, material orders, and technical correspondence
- Update file numbers in project filing system as revisions occur

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Graduate with relevant experience
Minimum Experience
3-7 years of projects in Construction industry
Required Skills to be successful
Soft Skills :
MS Office/Excel/Power Point, Aconex Software
Technical Skills:
