Daily Tasks

  • 1. Handle calls and inquiries from the customers, such as about delivery orders and order status update, maintenance requests, and offers requests.
  • 2. Entering the orders to the system.
  • 3. Checking and confirming the orders and send them to the accounting department to issue the invoices.
  • 4. Coordinate with the delivery regarding the orders and update the clients on the status of their deliveries
  • 5. Coordinate with the Maintenance department when to visit clients for new requests, or update clients on their machine status.
  • 6. Coordinate between the retail: boutique/booths and company’s departments if any inquiry is needed
  • 7. Create new accounts for new customers and update the existing accounts on the system for all sales points.
  • 8. If any complaint was received, via phone, email or through the boutique, the follow up with theconcerned department is done by the CRC, and when the problem is solved, we contact theclients to update them.
  • 9. Sending offers to the clients, the CRC clients and on the behalf of the sales department.
  • 10. Sending statements of accounts on the behalf of the sales team.
  • 11. Collection calls, some of the CRC clients get their orders on credit terms, all the follow up is done by me.
  • 12. OOF Calls, sometimes we call the out of frequency clients to check if they need services from us,or to check the reason for not ordering coffee for a long time.
  • 13. When mystery shopper waves are on, all the coordination between the CRC and Dubai is required, listen to recorded calls and check the missing points to address the CRC what to be done in order to avoid losing point or avoid any problem.
  • 14. Keep track of Professional Coffee orders (agreements based), send the monthly supply for the clients and update the Sales members on the finished quantities to confirm with their clients,
  • 15. Informing the team with any new update on the services and new types of coffees, when the update is sent from Dubai.
  • 16. Prepare locations transfers and miscellaneous order.Customer orders, complaints and inquiries

Skills & experiences needed

• Computer literacy

• Bi-lingual

• Multi-tasking

• Could handle work under pressure

• Excellent in communications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service field
