Senior Business Analyst – Saudi Payments

Job Description

Our Client
Our client is a leading Buy Now Pay Later business, embarking on new territories in the Middle East and requires an experienced Business Analyst to take the lead in managing cross-functional business processes from end to end for the proposed Buy Now, Pay Later solution in Riyadh
Your Responsibilities

  • You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to define, implement, maintain, monitor effectiveness, and drive improvements in the process whilst supporting functional design changes arising from the introduction of the BNPL solution.
  • This will include actively supporting the development and execution of system test protocols and scripts.
  • Define the scope of processes that need to be introduced, including impact analysis of existing processes. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of these processes, including how they interact with upstream and downstream processes.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders in functions to understand and interpret current and future business requirements, internally and externally imposed, and input to process system and data design strategy.
  • Identify meaningful connections between E2E processes and data flow/utilisation and use these connections to improve data processes continuously.
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures, policies and internal reference documentation that guide the process and system used for all user levels and activities meet the required standards and are fully deployed.
  • Ensure that process design and user requirements are formally documented and signed off to the point of satisfying business requirements.
  • Ensure change control, deviation and validation requirements are managed correctly.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of Business Analysis/Business Process Analysis
  • Understanding the latest FinTech solutions and technologies in KSA
  • KSA Banking systems and frameworks
  • KSA Payments infrastructure
  • Understands cash to collection journey – from business to business perspective
  • Previous experience within a Finance company/bank fintech working on KSA banking infrastructure
  • If you have worked for a Buy Now Pay Later organisation for B2B previously you would be of high interest to our client
  • Excellent command of English and preferable Arabic language (not essential however)
