Job Responsibilities:
Achieves monthly target as per area, route, brand and package according to the predefined volumes target.
Establishes strong relationships with key customers and take proactive action to resolve business related problems faced by customers.
Manages and delivers of orders through proper loading plan to adhere delivery lead time which maximize area's productivity, Continually revise call plans and maintain physical field presence to ensure proper implementation of plans as agreed.
Aligns customers on all OOS situations occurring at ABP and keeps them properly advised on situation resolution and Keeps customers informed on upcoming promotions and pricing activities.
Visits all Outlets as per assigned Frequency on HHC and builds credible relationships among store managers to achieve the best utilization of access points.
Ensures no OOS occur due to a Sales Call Miss, Dispatches issue and / or insufficient stock cover days at outlets
