SME ITIL Expert
Job Description
Our client is an international IT company looking to hire an SME-ITIL Expert – COBIT5, ITIL v3/v4, and ISO20000- 2011 on a 6-month extendable contract.
- Consultants/Contractors of ITIL-Expert &; COBIT Certified Professionals.
- Expert in the field of IT service management best practices and standards (ITIL®, ISO/IEC 20000, Lean IT), Information System Governance (COBIT®, ISO/IEC 38500)
- Expert in IT Service Portfolio, Service catalogue – Technical &; Business Service catalogue &; Chargeback System
- Governance of Enterprise IT and Transformation (based on ISO 38500, COBIT® 5)
- IT Service Management Best Practices Expert (Consultant)
- COBIT 5 Certified Assessor, Accredited Trainer/Senior Consultant
- ITIL Expert® (Consultant/Accredited Trainer)
Requirements
To qualify for this role you need to have the following:
- 8-10 years of experience
- Open to travel to Oman for a month and can stay in your baselocation.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar discipline
