الوصف الوظيفي
- Experience in leading the Bids/Proposals preparation, coordination and management for multi-disciplinary consultancy services including master planning, urban, infrastructure, architectural, and engineering design
- Experience in Qatar for atleast 5 years, and overall / GCC for 8-10 years
- Lead new business development processes and marketing plan development for the company.
- Maintained a strict adherence to timelines and deadlines following Shipley guidelines.
- Prepared Statements of Qualifications for various market segments for use by business development staff at conferences and meetings with potential clients.
- Customized past performance references and resumes to reflect the specific criteria and requirements in the RFP.
- Conversant with bids due diligence and compliance principals, and documentation.

المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Masters would have an added advantage)
- Preference will be given to the candidates with Graphic Designing (InDesign) skills
- Preferably Arabic speaker but not mandatory
