Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or healthcare related field. Master’s degree in healthcare administration is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience of which 5 years of management experience in health sector.
- Further training or certification in performance management, business planning, project management, or supporting change management processes.
- Knowledge of accounting, statistical and data analysis, and administrative management practices and procedures.
- Ability to work with and relate to internal and external stakeholders Able to produce and maintain electronic and paper based records for services, contracts and communications with the Private providers
